Shaygan Kheradpir

The Cornell University graduate in electrical engineering holds several patents. He pursued his bachelors, masters and doctorate degrees from Cornell University. He is an adjunct professor at the Northeastern University.

At Verizon Communications, Shaygan served as the chief information officer and executive vice president. He was mandated with the duty of undertaking information technology initiatives for all business Units. The electrical engineer developed and implemented FiOS, which is considered one of the successful infrastructure programs in the history of the United States. Kheradpir was recruited at Barclays as the chief operations and technology officer. At the bank, he was responsible for retail operations, corporate affairs, wealth, cards and investment banking. He also served at Juniper Networks as the CEO and member of the board.
