JHSF is a leading real estate company that focuses on the high-income public. In the recent years, the firm shifted its business to recurring income projects. JHSF is now involved in the development and administration of shopping malls, upscale hotels, and an international executive airport. The recurring income sector was a good move for the company because it significantly increased its revenues.
Since being founded in 1972, JHSF has been known for giving its clients quality, innovative, daring and sustainable projects. The staff can identify available opportunities in the market and that is why they became the leader in the real estate industry. Having started their operations in Brazil, JHSF has expanded internationally into Punta del Este, New York, and Miami markets.
JHSF has received several awards throughout the years. In 2012, the company was awarded the best company in Brazil in the real estate sector of the yearbook by EpocaNegocios Magazine.
