Adam Milstein Success in Real Estate Development and Philanthropic Efforts

Adam Milstein is a philanthropist, activist, and a famous real estate developer in the United States. He is originally from Israel, where he joined University and worked with IDF in the course of the Yom Kippur War. Milstein and his family moved to the US in 1981, and he attended the University of Southern California, where he graduated with an MBA in entrepreneurship.

After college, Adam started serving in the real estate and with time rose to the rank of President at Liberty West International, a branch of Hager Properties. Milstein currently serves at Harger Properties as a managing partner. The company manages and owns more than 100 properties across the United States, and the properties’ portfolio is valued at roughly 2 billion dollars.

Besides his work in the real estate sector, Adam Milstein dedicates most of his time and effort to fighting anti-Semitism, strengthening Jewish identity, and creating awareness to problems affecting Israeli-Americans and Israelis. He presently serves as the board for the Israeli American Council chairman and is also actively engaged in various organizations that fund these causes including the AIPAC, Hasbara Fellowships, Sifriyat Pijama B’America, and Stand With Us. Moreover, Adam Milstein and his wife established the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation in 2011, to support the education of young professionals and student leaders on campuses about the Jewish people, the State of Israel, and the numerous challenges facing democracies.

Beyond supporting organizations, programs and projects (OPP’S), Adam and his wife believe in the significance of the investment of resources and time. The staff of the foundation is trained to find ways to extend the impact and funding of the OPP’s they invest in and are tasked with looking for innovative ways to make sure the allocated funds will accomplish above and beyond what is possible, instead of solely being donated to the general trust.

The Foundation combines the resources of various philanthropic organizations to improve the effect and impact of their efforts in general. By creating an environment where nonprofits can operate in unity to benefit mutual projects, programs, and results, the whole trust becomes even greater than the individual parts. It is that clean environment where the strategic business abilities of Adam Milstein have had a significant impact on the way the Foundation gives the maximum value.
