Jose Auriemo Neto’s Accomplishments in the Property Development Sector through JHSF About the JHSF Company

First established in 1972, JHSF was started under the name JHS as a construction company that also dealt with incorporation services. The company had been started by two brothers who were Jose Roberto Auriemo and Fabio alongside other partners. Nonetheless, after being in a partnership for almost three decades, the brothers split the company into two where Fabio took over the JHSJ Company while Jose Roberto Auriemo formed JHSF. Besides, the company is responsible for the creation of one of the most exclusive airports in Brazil and has further established several malls, hotels, restaurants, and residential and commercial buildings.

The leader of the JHSF Company, Jose Auriemo Neto

Jose Auriemo Neto, CEO, and chairman of JHSF took over the company in the 1990s from his father, Jose Roberto Neto. He was 27 years at the time, and before long he founded JHSF’s Parking Lot Division. What’s more, Jose Auriemo Neto again helped JHSF to obtain their rights to develop the business’ first shopping complex in 2006. The mall was called the “Shopping Santa Cruz “where JHSF designed it as one of Brazil’s most luxurious shopping arcades.

Aside from this, the mall also incorporates classy residential towers associated with the Park City Garden’s condominium. Through Neto’s leadership, the company has gone ahead to develop several other malls in different cities in Brazil such as Salvador, Manaus, and Sao Paulo. Further, some of the malls that JHSF has so far developed include Ponta Negra, Bela Vista, Shopping Metro Tucuruvi, and Catarina Shopping Outlet among others. Equally important, some of the projects by the JHSF Company have since been sold where an example is the Shopping Metro Santa Cruz, which sold in 2016.

Moreover, Jose Auriemo Neto is a graduate from one of the universities in Sao Paulo known as the “Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).” Also, since joining the Company in 1993, he has made great strides in the business that has seen JHSF involved in international projects. Examples of two of the projects include the development of the 815 building in Fifth Avenue, New York, and residential condominiums in Uruguay. Additionally, with the businessman at the helm, JHSF has won numerous awards through its various projects such as the 2012 award for the Cidade Jardim among many more.
